HR Manager (f/m) for our location Albonair Taicang



  • Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence management
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process
  • Analyzing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including inductions for new staff
  • Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
  • Undertaking regular salary reviews
  • Administration payroll and maintains department records and reports
  • Maintenance all internal personnel tasks

Your profile:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or Organization Development
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a Human Resources position
  • Good knowledge of Chinese employment law
  • Ability to read, write and speak in English (or German) fluently
  • Team Player and strong communication skills
  • Trustworthy, structured and independent work
